Vintage Japanese fine porcelain coffee set with green geisha design, made in Japan, 1950s/60s

Charming and delicate antique coffee service in ultra fine porcelain, in orange peach tones, composed of 6 cups with saucer, a sugar bowl and a creamer.
The various elements are hand-painted and decorated with two geishas in the middle of a small stylized landscape.
At the bottom of each cup, the eyes of the Geisha follow you like those of the Mona Lisa! Geisha lithophane cups were made from the late 1800s. The cups are thin, and the image found at the bottom of the cup is created using varying thicknesses of porcelain. Most of these porcelain cups are made in the Kutani region of Japan.
Very good condition.
