This large, exceptionally beautiful blown glass bowl was made in the late 1980s by Jorge Mateus, an art glassmaker. This heavy piece of thick glass has an elegant and timeless design, a lovely cranberry color on the ends and a multitude of small bubbles trapped in the glass.
Jorge Mateus, a renowned master glassmaker, worked in FLEURY 59111 WAVRECHAIN-SOUS-FAULX from 1987 to 1993 before moving his workshop to Palau-del-Vidre in the Pyrénées-Orientales.
